Seven-year-old black Lab Rushmore's situation was dire.
When Rushmore's loving and caring family contacted Labrador Life Line for financial assistance, Rushmore was in distress. Rushmore was suffering from a very severe aural hematoma and was in need of immediate surgery. The hematoma filled the entire ear and was filled with blood clots and because of that, it wasn't able to be drained.
Rushmore's vet said that due to the severity of the hematoma, that they feared the ear might explode and that Rushmore could lose it, if wasn't operated on by the next day.
Rushmore's case was urgent and his family had no time to waste. Thankfully, because of the continued support of our donors, Labrador Life Line funded the case and was able to help Rushmore in his hour of need.
