Trying to impress someone to take you home and give you a forever home is never easy, especially when you are no longer a cute little puppy. Good impressions are much harder to make when you aren't 100%. Such was the daunting task of handsome black Lab Buddy.
The four-year-old fractured his leg, and at the time, it was pinned. The pins became loose and were infected. Treatment entailed removal of the infected pins. Additionally, the infection itself had to be treated. That was when his rescue group came to Labrador Life Line for help.
Good news for Buddy. His vet was optimistic that once he was healed, he would once again be a contender to be adopted. Even better news..... a family was interested.
