Riggs ruptured his canine cruciate ligament (knee) requiring TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy). According to his mom, Riggs' quality of life was severely hampered, including the ability to eliminate waste and to move around.
Mom came to Labrador Life Line for help.
