All Labs, young or old, get depressed when the suitcases come out. Sometimes Labs get lucky, and they too (along with those suitcases), are included in the travel plans with their families.

Peggy was one of those lucky girls.

On their trip from New York to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Peggy became sick and her stomach became distended. The vet took an ultrasound and it was determined Peggy required emeregency surgery for a splenic tumor.

That was when Peggy's owner came to Labrador Life Line for assitance.

Sadly, shortly after approving funding assistance, Peggy suffered a heart attack and passed on. Even though the outcome was not what we all hoped and prayed for, because of your support, Labrador Life Line was able to give Peggy a chance and her family hope.

Godspeed Peggy.
