Maxxima (Maxxie) was a very active and playful Lab in excellent health when she tore her right ACL. The tear was severe and needed to be repaired. In order to heal and mend, Maxxie required tibial plateau leveling osteotomy (TPLO) surgery. The surgery was costly, and her family was unable to afford the surgery.
Her family came to Labrador Life Line for assistance.
Thanks to the support and generosity of Labrador Life Line's donors , Maxxie had her surgery and after a few weeks of rest and rehab, Maxxie should be back to her playful self.
