Life hasn't been very easy for Matix.
The playful two-year-old black lab was diagnosed with a mass in his lymphoid (immune) system. Matix undergoes a multi drug protocol weekly, the most effective form of treatment for this type of mass. The vet was estimating Matix would probably need up to twenty-five total treatments, but, it might be even as few as fifteen depending on he responds.
At the time of Matix's diagnosis, his Dad had been recently laid off and was struggling financially. His Dad loved Matix more than anything and was willing to do whatever he could to get his best friend feeling better again. That was when he came to Labrador Life Line for help.

Update: Since his case was presented to Labrador Life Line, his vet and Dad report Matix's weight is almost back to normal, he eats regularly, and has a great attitude. Also, Matix has gained eight 8 pounds and continues to respond well to treatment.
