Harley Anne was only a year old when she hit by a car. She had extensive injuries and spent two days in critical care for before she had her first surgery to repair a left femur fracture that required both plating and pinning. Two days later, she had her second surgery to repair a dislocated right hip. The hip required toggle-pin fixation to secure the joint. She also sustained severe, deep lacerations that needed to be surgically repaired.
Her family could not afford her treatment. That was when they came to Labrador Life Line for assistance.
