Gumbo was only a six-month-old puppy when he was struck by a car. Gumbo sustained some serious injuries. The most serious was a dislocated hip at the right femoral head. The injury was so severe that Gumbo required a femoral head osteotomy (FHO) surgery to repair the damage done.
That was when Gumbo's owner came to Labrador Life Line for help funding the needed surgery.
Thanks to Labrador Life Line's gracious donors, Gumbo received his surgery and is well on the road to recovery.
