Cocoa was only a five-month-old pup when she was struck by a car. Cocoa sustained multiple injuries including a broken leg that required frequent bandage changes. Her tail needed to be amputated. This was when her owner came to Labrador Life Line for funding assistance.
Thanks to Labrador Life Line's generous donors, Cocoa received the surgery and the care she needed to mend.
Not long after this was posted, Labrador Life Line received this update on Cocoa.
Her tail was healed and starting to grow hair and that she was healing nicely.
