Chase was no different than Lab pups. He loved to play and was filled with unbridled energy. One day, eight-month-old Chase was hit by a car. His mom rushed him to the vet where he was diagnosed with a pelvic fracture. The vet said Chase would require surgery to fix the sacral fracture.

Chase's mom lost her husband within the last year and was adjusting to one income. She depleted the savings she had paying for Chase’s initial emergency care at her regular vet. The vet told her that Chase needed the surgery ASAP so the bones wouldn’t fuse on their own.

That was when Mom came to Labrador Life Line for help.

Labrador Life Line's dedicated volunteers quickly approved his application and within hours, Chase had the emergency surgery he needed. Because of your generous donations, Chase can now "chase" birds and play fetch with his mom.
