Skippy's family went to the shelter after deciding it was time to adopt a new family member. Skippy's eyes told them how worthy he was even though his body was in extensive pain, and he was very scared and all alone. They adopted him, all the while knowing his extensive medical needs. (The shelter and subsequent vets suspected Skippy was hit by a car.) After he was adopted, Skippy had been seen by several vets and was put on various medications for pain management until his surgery to repair his multiple injuries. Skippy's family came to Labrador Life Line for assistance with the high cost of surgery to get Skippy healthy again. Thanks to your
support and care, Skippy has been able to have his surgery, and in on the road to
recovery.
