Hoser wandered into his current owners yard one day and after searching for his people with no luck, they decided to make him a part of their family. One day Hoser was gone and didn't come back for nearly a week when he showed up it appeared someone had shot Hoser with a shotgun. His leg was badly damaged and required immediate amputation. Thanks to the ongoing generosity of LLL's donors, Hoser was able to have his surgery.
