Toby is a black boy, six and a half years old, who's people needed financial assistance to provide for tumor testing and removal. Toby's vet felt that what he had was a fatty tumor but because of the size he wanted it removed. Toby had some soreness with the tumor, and favored that hip. The vet felt that with the removal of the tumor, Toby would be back his playful self and should live a long healthy life.
