2005 Alex

Alex is a 12 year old yellow boy who is a seizure alert dog, a therapy dog, a reading dog in the Connecticut Children's Hopsital, a member of the Inner City School Children's Reading Program, a church member and a regular camper. He has been with his human all of his life, worked in agility, obedience and as a freestyle performer. He is having severe trouble with the motion of his back and legs and at this time can not stand or walk unassisted.

Alex's human came to Labrador Life Line for assistance with the costs of the quad wheelchair he needs to continue to live the rest of his life in comfort, while still being able to perform his service duties. We were very happy to assist, and we wish to thank you for your support on Alex's behalf.
