2003 TBone

TBone is a 14 month old yellow fellow who was out with his shortest two legged human and mom, walking to grandma's (2 houses down) when TBone bolted and was hit by a truck. He had major leg lateral collateral ligament damage. One of the major problems besides the ligament damage is an open wound.

Since he came home, he has been visiting the vet twice a week for dressing and splint changes and will continue on this schedule for another few weeks, then once a week for about another month. In talking to the vet, she thinks that he may avoid having to have surgery to repair the ligament - something about the scar tissue forming in a manner that it assists the ligament.

TBone's family and the board at Labrador Life Line would like to extend heartfelt Thanks! to all of you for your support, which allows us to assist with the care of dogs like TBone!
