Hershey is a 6 month old black fellow, who was a stray rescued from a shelter by CCLRR. He had been hit by a car and needed extensive surgical repair.
He has had a plate put in his front leg and is recovering nicely. One of the techs from the clinic took him home for his post-op recovery time and is probably going to adopt him from CCLRR. This rescue group had been hit hard over the past winter with several dogs that needing expensive care, and they were therefore operating on a slim budget - thus the request to LABMED and Labrador Life Line for assistance with this case.
