Annabella is a 3 year old black girls who was shot in the head and recovered by the Sherrif's Dept. She is recovering nicely but is permanently blind in one eye. She is being fostered by Lisa of Lablife Rescue. Annabella lives in the same town as Pecos and is our second Pecos' Pal. The police are actively trying to find out who did this to this little girl and hopefully they will be found and prosecuted.
