Ellie, an adorable 3 month old yellow girl was rescued from the street by her guardian angel. Ellie had been thrown out of a moving truck. Her rescuer witnessed this terrible act, and was quick to take care of Ellie. Ellie's injuries required surgical stabilization using a bone plate. Ellie had presented with the complaint of a right rear leg lameness. The examination revealed a midshaft, diaphyseal fracture of the right tibia.
