Mason is a well loved labby boy in a home with 5 children.  He has been on heartworm preventative since a very young boy.   However, considering the hard winters they have, living in Maine, his owners felt year round heartworm preventative wasn't necessary so they lapsed in his monthly pills for the winter. 

Upon this year's annual physical exam it was found that Mason had contracted heartworms.  His family felt horrible for allowing this to happen!  Mason, after finishing treatment, will be on year round heartworm preventative All Year 'Round!
