Seamus, a handsome yellow Lab, was a hand-me-down of sorts. He was given to a family after his former owners decided they could no longer afford to care for him. Unfortunately, Seamus came with a problem: He had Anterior Cruciate Ligament tears in both rear legs. His new owners applied to Care Credit in order to pay for his surgery, but they were rejected. Happily, through the help of kindhearted donors to Labrador Life Line, Seamus was able to get the help that he needed. He is now comfortably ensconced in his new owners’ home and well on the road to recovery! Don’t you just love happy endings? |
