Jade is a three year old yellow girl in rescue. She was continuously bred without ever seeing a vet, and dumped at a shelter with her last litter. Labrador Friends of the South rescued her and the pups, brought her up to date on her vaccines, and had her spayed once the pups were weaned. The pups have all been adopted out but Jade turned out to be heartworm positive, and therefore needed treatment before looking for a forever home. Her rescue considers her a very lovable girl who will be easily adoptable once heartworm treatment is completed.
