Aspen is a young yellow girl who's human noticed that she "began lifting her leg when she would run around, then it went away then came back but this time she would limp everywhere and try not to let her leg touch the ground..." When she went to the vet to have the problem checked out it turned out that she had a luxating patella and needed surgery to repair it so she could return to being the happy-go-lucky puppy that she had been. Her human is a recent graduate with all the bills that go along with post secondary education, and she simply did not have the resources to get Aspen the help she needed. Thanks to your support and generosity this young labbie girl should be able to go on with her life without this problem.
