Duke is a one year old yellow boy, who's adoption was kind of unexpected for the family. While on a canoe trip they started playing with a dog that they thought belonged to the owner of the canoe shop, but to their surprise the owner of the shop said that the dog had showed up their a few months before. The owner of the shop said that they had tried to find the owner of the dog with no success and ask the family to take the dog since his dogs where not very nice to him.

Duke's new family came to Labrador Life Line for assistance with heartworm treatment that it was discovered he needed when they took him to the vet. Thank you for your support - dogs like Duke are the true beneficiary of your continued generosity.
