Meet Kristin Boggs

I live in Atlanta, GA with my two dogs, Carter, a yellow Labrador retriever, and Maggie, a black Labrador mix. They make me smile and laugh everyday, and have certainly enriched my life in a way I never could have predicted. I have fallen in love with the Labrador breed because Carter is everything I wanted in a dog-he loves to hike, swim, and do all of the activities I enjoy myself while being a very loyal, loving friend - so we have a great time together! Our house also includes two cats, Bacio and Sebastian.

I became involved with Labrador Life Line by participating in the cyber shows and auctions, then volunteering to help with thank you letters and auction donation letters. I was honored when a board member suggested I become an intern. I previously worked at a humane society, and saw so many animals brought in because their owners couldn't afford necessary health care for them, and these dogs and cats often were not adopted due to such problems. Labrador Life Line makes a difference by keeping Labradors from being surrendered to shelters due to costly health issues, and helps get those in shelters and rescues the care they need to find loving homes. I am proud to be a part of such an organization!
